We owe our high position in the real estate sector to several years of professional business activity, which has allowed us to win the customers’ confidence and develop our network of offices. Since January 2007 the headquarters of Emmerson has been situated in Atrium Centrum, a modern office building at Al. Jana Pawła II 27. Our offices are located on two storeys. But Emmerson has been operating since 1994. We started out as rental agents.

In the beginning, the company employed only one person and was located in a small one-room apartment in Bielany.

In the new office on Nowogrodzka Street our first computers and phone line were installed. With each year the company was growing stronger and stronger. We consistently broadened our offer, not forgetting to continue investing to improve the functionality of our office. Along with the increase in the number of employees, we changed our offices to those that were bigger and better helped us fulfill our client orientation attitude. These changes best illustrate the consecutive stages of the development of our company.

From the office in Nowogrodzka Street we moved to Plac Konstytucji (Constitution Square), then to (Aleja Przyjaciół) Friends’ Alley, and after that to a large office in Nowy Świat (New World Street).

EMMERSON has moved its headquarters nearer the centre of Warsaw. Our new seat is located in Universal office situated at the most well-known crossing in Poland of Aleje Jerozolimskie and Marszałkowska Street. EMMERSON has occupied two floors of the building. As early as in 2006, it appeared that even the said office building is to small to satisfy the needs of our company. Despite an excellent location of Universal, we have decided to move to a modern “Atrium Centrum” building situated at Aleja Jana Pawła II.

In the nearest future we would like to open other offices in Warsaw and other cities in Poland.
