Maps of transaction prices present the average transaction prices concluded on residential markets in major Polish cities.
The maps were based on the factual transaction prices taken from the notarial deeds gathered by the Geodesy Departments of the Municial Offices in major Polish cities. They have been prepared by the Emmerson Market Research Department on the basis of the database prepared by the property valuers of Emmerson Evaluation.
Our maps provide valuable data on the most popular locations in terms of housing property, factual value of freehold flats and preferences of real purchasers.
The latest edition was based on transactions signed in 2010.
