Origin

Real estate market has been analysed in Emmerson for internal purposes since the company was established in 1994. As the real estate market in Poland was developing more external clients were interested in analyses, research and consulting services connected with properties. In order to satisfy this growing demand Market Research Department was found as a separate unit in the company’s structure. In recent years overwhelming majority of analyses, research and consulting services were prepared for external clients.

Emmerson has branches in the biggest Polish cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk and also has franchising chain - a few offices in smaller cities. Co-operation within the whole Emmerson Group gives us an unique access to internal databases and support of over 300 real estate professionals operating within the Group.

Comprehensive transaction prices database and regular co-operation with other departments within the Emmerson Group guarantee our clients the most up-to-date analyses. Apart from standard reports presenting a complex analysis of the real estate markets, we offer excerpts from regularly updated databases with the most important data on the residential developer’s projects and also studies prepared according to specific requirements of investors.
