Representatives of Emmerson S.A. attended the “Developers in Distress" conference, which took place on 7 May 2009 at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. The meeting was organized by Property Professionals.
On behalf of Emmerson S.A. the Director of Market Research Department, Szymon Jungiewicz presented up-to-date maps of transaction prices of residential properties in Warsaw, developed in cooperation with Emmerson Evaluation.
