New office building in Mokotow
At the end of November, at the conjunction of Pulawska and Rzymowskiego Streets in Warsaw, a new office building was opened – Catalina Office Center. Ten-storey object of a B+ standard offers 14,000sqm of a total area.
The building offers very elastic formation of office area (area between the main core of the construction and external walls is not occupied by other constructions and installations. The ground level of the building may be used as a seat of services and gastronomy points. In an underground part of the building the parking for 151 cars is located, while additional parking places will be located at Wyscigowa Avenue.
The first tenant are following companies: Fiat Auto Poland, Fiat Bank and Fidis Leasing which signed contract for rent of 3,100 sqm of office area starting from February 2010 (Cushman&Wakefield was an agent). The developer of the building was Catalina Group developer company, for which it was the first commercial project in history, while Karmar company was the main contractor.
