Emmerson S.A. has established cooperation with a popular website Gratka.pl. The first result of the cooperation shall be a report entitled "The Polish Real Estate Market – 1st quarter of 2009. A Report by Gratka.pl and Emmerson S.A.” [Polski rynek nieruchomości - I kwartał 2009 r. Raport Gratka.pl i Emmerson S.A.].
It is an analysis of data pertaining to the secondary market: sales offers of apartments and houses as well as lease offers of apartments. The report shall present data for Warsaw, Warsaw agglomeration and seven largest Polish cities. Should you have any questions please contact us:
