The company is starting to sell units in the Apartamenty przy Krasinskiego (Apartments at Krasinskiego St.) project. It will be located at the junction of Przasnyska and Krasinskiego St. and will consist of two six-storey residential buildings with 303 units. Apartments are to range in size from 28 to 125 sqm. Commercial space has been planned at the ground level of the buildings – retail and office units ranging in size from 50 sqm to 190 sqm. Apartment prices will start from PLN 6,700. Construction works is to start in August this year with a delivery planned at the second half of 2013.
