Port Praski (Elektrim) is planning to launch the construction phase of the Port Praski project on the eastern side of the river Vistula in Warsaw in H2 2012 and is planned to take 10 years. The residential section of the project will be the first to be built. Eventually, the project will have an area of 560,000 sqm, including an office section at the National Stadium underground station, as well as cultural and sports facilities. The project was prepared by the JEMS Architekci architectural studio.
