Following northern section of the Motorway Ring road of Wroclaw (A8) has been completed and is ready to use. The section links Polnoc junction with Dlugoleka junction and its length reaches more than 11 km. It is expected to seize at least a partof car transport from national roads no. 5 and 8. Newly finished A8 section includes a key road junction named “Psie Pole junction” which is to match the Motorway Ring road of Wroclaw and the S-8 express road from Wroclaw to Warsaw. The S-8 express road, construction of which has already been commenced, is expected to be finished in the second part of 2012. Much sooner the entire Motorway Ring road of Wroclaw will be opened as a delivery of the 11km-long section from Airport junction to Polnoc Junction is to be finished at the end of August this year.
